Description
**Description / Job Duties:**
+ Welders will be MIG welding and building structural components for grain bins, catwalks, stairways, handrails and support structures
+ Fabricate according to prints (trainable if needed)
+ Operate overhead crane to move and palettize product as needed
+ Ability to use hand and power tools including but not limited to: grinders, saws, tape measure, etc.
+ Maintain a safe working environment
+ Check product for quality as needed
+ Exemplify a "can-do" attitude with a positive demeanor that adds to the team as whole - we are a close knit group so attitude and effort are everything
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Ability to pass weld test: 2G Single Bevel Groove on a 1 plate required
+ Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings (trainable if needed)
+ Ability to read tape measure (down to a 1/16th)
