We are seeking skilled welders to join our dynamic team, responsible for welding and constructing structural components such as catwalks, stairways, handrails, and support structures.

This is a fully on-site position in Des Moines, Iowa.
Work Environment
The work environment includes a standard shift from Monday to Thursday, with common overtime on Fridays and occasional Saturdays, amounting to up to 50 hours a week during peak times.
The starting pay rate for 1st shift is $21.78, increasing post-training, and 2nd shift starts at $22.78, with a $1 shift differential.
