    Job Description

    As the Senior Visualization Supervisor, you play a vital role in helping us realize our vision. Your responsibility is to contribute to shaping the final project's appearance promptly and skillfully within your craft.

    We are looking for a charismatic, detail-oriented, highly creative and/or technical leader who is committed to continuous enhancement. The Senior Visualization Supervisor will set high standards for the department, ensuring that tasks are executed impeccably.

    Candidates must have a track record as a Visualization Supervisor on multiple projects and should be able to provide a list of directors they have collaborated with.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Director, VFX Supervisor, and/or other creative leads to design and deliver effective Previs/Postvis of key sequences
    • Manage production schedule pressures by working closely with the Production team to deliver on time and on budget
    • Cooperate with the Production team to establish and maintain an accurate production schedule
    • Interpret specific client instructions accurately
    • Engage with pipeline and engineering teams to enhance tools and pipeline
    • Effectively communicate across various teams and build strong relationships with them
    • Support talent development and promote professional growth within the team
    • Provide creative input and technical solutions during review sessions to improve sequence continuity and consistency

    Qualifications

    • Possess the skills of a Senior Previs Artist/Anim Lead and be proficient in commonly used tools
    • Conduct oneself professionally with the team and clients
    • Adhere to the highest security standards and NDA compliance
    • Motivate team members, give constructive feedback, set goals/deadlines, and focus on continuous self-improvement
    • Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities
    • Assist in artist training and skill development
    • Learn to support shot production bidding alongside the Visualization Producer and Head of Visualization
    • Understand filmmaking practices and terminology
    • Display exceptional creativity in sequence design and staging
    • Capable of basic editing for sequence coherence when necessary

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Hold an Associate degree in computer animation or equivalent qualifications
    • If lacking formal qualifications, possess over 8 years of experience in a Visualization company or department
    • Proficient in relevant software tools such as Windows, Maya, Unreal, After Effects, Premiere
    • Must be creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and continuously seeking improvement
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Effective time management to meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills, receptive to feedback, and collaborative in a team environment
    • Measure of Success/Key Performance Indicators: Ability to maintain project schedules and ensure client satisfaction
