This is the work environment:

Our main topics within central software management at DATEV are internal software license management, software portfolio management, and software security compliance management. We cover both business and (security) technical issues.

These are the tasks:

You support the internal approval of PC software invoices and their maintenance in internal systems.
You assist with the processing of internal license assignments (software deployment, portal and role group maintenance).
You are responsible for the technical software inventory and maintenance of software materials in SAP.
You take on additional tasks and small projects.
You communicate independently with all process participants.

We are looking for:

You are currently studying business administration, business informatics, or a comparable degree program.
You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
You have a strong affinity for numbers and data and are interested in IT topics.
You have good communication skills, a quick grasp, and work independently.
Ideally, you have SAP knowledge.
