NRW.URBAN is a development company and a wholly owned subsidiary of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, serving as a partner for all aspects of land reactivation, land development, and urban development. With our two locations in Dortmund and Düsseldorf, our interdisciplinary team of around 140 actively shapes the planning and construction future of cities and municipalities in North Rhine-Westphalia.

To strengthen our team at our location in Düsseldorf or Dortmund, we are currently looking for a:

Central Procurement Clerk (m/f/d)

These exciting tasks await you:

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement process in the area of procurement and contract regulations, particularly for construction services (VOB).
You will handle the formal preparation and publication of procurement procedures in the aforementioned area through a procurement management system.
In collaboration with our project managers and our architects and engineers (m/f/d), you will answer questions from bidders and applicants, actively shaping a high level of service.
You will also be responsible for opening received bids and checking them for formal and numerical aspects.
You will be responsible for proper documentation of procurement procedures and support our project managers with questions regarding the formal preparation of procurements and the choice of procurement method.
