- The Cyber Security Analyst investigates, analyzes, and responds to cyber incidents within several network environments throughout the organization. Additionally, the candidate for this position:
- Uses data collected from a variety of cyber/network security tools (e.g., IDS alerts, firewalls, antivirus logs.) to analyze events that occur within each network environment for the purposes of mitigating threats.
- Interprets, analyzes, and reports all events and anomalies in accordance with computer network directives, including initiating, responding, and reporting discovered events.
- Involved with third-party penetration tests, phishing campaigns, and other cyber-related training.
- Ensures that cybersecurity plans, controls, processes, standards, policies, and procedures are aligned with cybersecurity standards.
- Identifies security risks and exposures, and also suggests how to mitigate.
- Provides recommendations on how to improve the network security posture within each site.
- Assist in ensuring all casinos remain compliant in the cybersecurity realm for various audits.
- Reports directly to the Corporate IT Security Manager.
- May provide guidance to less-experienced professionals within the organization.
Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent, 2+ years of experience.
- CySA+, Security+, CEH, CHFI

The Role
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be trusted to support critical information systems within Bally's Corporation. These systems are essential for casino operations.
