We are looking for employees to join our team in New Hamburg, NY for customer service/energy industry positions.

You should have completed a commercial apprenticeship. Your tasks will include, among others, answering phone calls and emails, processing customer inquiries, and handling orders.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Receiving user inquiries and problem reports, as well as resolving simple issues within the scope of 1st level support
  • Monitoring defined systems and documenting error conditions and possible solutions
  • Processing tickets in the service management system and service orders according to applicable work instructions
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection requirements

Required Skills:


  • Relevant professional experience
- or specific qualifications required

  • Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Confident in customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Education:


  • Commercial apprenticeship
  • Dialog marketing apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in the energy industry
