    Calling all CNA's and HHA's

    Join our Resident Care Team at Putnam Farm.

    We are currently have full and part time opportunities for all shifts.

    Base Rate starting at $18 with Shift Differential 2nd and 3rd shifts.

    Base Rate starting at $18 with Shift Differential.

    The following opportunities are available:
    Full and Part time all shifts


    Duties include:
    Utilizing customer service skills to ensure our residents have an exceptional stay
    Implementing residents personal care service plans, focusing on preferences and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship and belonging
    Transferring using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
    Other responsibilities as needed

    Requirements:
    Valid CNA license required
    Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred
    Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
    Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
