    Job Description:


    This position entails the primary responsibility of analyzing current field business processes and conducting research to determine the best way to improve them.

    In addition, responsible for overseeing field data systems and reporting frameworks, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data which will then be analyzed to gather insights that drive strategic business decisions.

    General Responsibilities:
    Effective presentation of analysis findings and recommendations to senior management
    Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across organizations.
    Work in conjunction with internal clients to support their business needs while driving a level of standardization.
    Own analysis work streams by structuring approach, resources required, and execution timeline coordinating with the various internal clients.
    Detect, examine, and interpret trends or patterns within field datasets.
    Produce actionable business insights.
    Work with key stakeholders across internal organizations and foster relationships with external stakeholders to meet specific goals and objectives.
    Identify, document, and implement new business process improvements.
    Make recommendations regarding changes to operation policies and procedures Collaborate with client(s), Finance, and other internal functions to:
    Support the coordination of global field forecasting for Professional Services
    Support the coordination of the fiscal year planning, quota setting, budgeting and business readiness processes.
    Collaborate to provide revenue support, including pipeline analysis, tracking operating expense and headcount, assisting with transaction processing, etc.

    Collaborate with MSD operations team to:
    Help drive IT initiatives that enhance applications, automate manual processes, optimize investments, and improve end-user experience.
    Assist in maintaining and administering the Operations systems and other field systems.
    Work on special projects as directed.
    Collaborate with business stakeholders and departments on reporting initiatives:
    Enhance and maintain a core set of standard reports that meet the needs of the business.
    Produce regular reports to an agreed cadence.
    Support analysis projects to understand and solve business problems.

    Business Travel and Physical Demands

    Business travel of approximately 10 or less percent yearly is expected for this position.

    Office environment.
    No special physical demands required.


    Preferred Education:
    Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Finance, Marketing, Computer Sciences, Statistical Analysis, or a business-related field and 8+ years of experience

    Job Description:
    Compensation And Benefits

    The annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $130,000


    This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
