About the Role:
Job Title:
Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Identify top agents to coach by analyzing performance data and developing actionable insights.
Build and monitor dashboards from scratch to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
Work on production-level data processing and analysis to support various business functions.
Serve as a customer-facing analyst for internal stakeholders, providing data insights and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Skills:
Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Tableau dashboard development experience, including creating interactive and visually appealing dashboards.

Plano,Tx
Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $70,000 – $80,000 annually.
Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
