    IN2U HR, a nationwide HR Solutions Company, is hiring "Data Analyst" for a Global Total Logistics company located in Plano :

    · Develop reports for customer on time delivery rate by account
    · Analyze Forecast accuracy
    · Run daily ASC True sum report
    · Distribute daily OOR report with updated ETD's, model and color
    · Review OOR and notify OMG team if line needs to be cancelled due to old part code or blocked
    · Analyze data and risk of excess
    · Provide weekly report of ASC late part to DM Planners, request ETD's and update internal OOR
    · Inbound / Outbound STO Tracking

    · Monitor supply chain performance, identifies trends and risks and provide recommendation on action plans

    · Work with OMG to develop one report for all OOR distribution

    · Work on PPT and writing of SOP's for the team

    < Responsibilities >

    • Reporting
    • Note Keeping
    • Order Management & Customer Support for accounts
    • Creating necessary reports in a timely manner
    • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

    < Qualifications >

    • Bachelor's degree OR 5 year experience
    • Knowledge of NERP/SAP systems preferred
    • Microsoft excel, Vendor Management, Customer Service
    • Logistics, Supply Chain and analytical skills
    • Good with multi-tasking and developing reports
    • Forecasting skills
    • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Word, Excel etc.)
    • Good command of English (both oral and written)
    • Customer service skills
    • Great attention to detail

    < Work Hours & Wage>

    Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)

    Can be working from home on Fridays after FULLY trained.

    Weekly Pay

    Pay: $17.00 per hour

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Plano, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
