The Role

We are looking for a Squad Leader of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding who will partner with other Fidelity leaders to influence the broader strategic decisions, roadmaps, and resource requirements. You will set and refine the mission and bring together a team of chapter members to execute a global modernization strategy.
You will be responsible for Vendor Management associated with TA capabilities and for aligning the squad on the u201Cwhatu201D and u201Cwhenu201D work to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog.
In an Agile way, you will enable squad members to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation, and learn from failures while celebrating success. You are committed to developing your expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role. Your responsibilities include:
u00B7 Defining, refining, and communicating the squads' mission and roadmap to empower and establish `
u00B7 Defining, evaluating, and communicating results against acceptance criteria.
u00B7 Anticipating, discovering through ongoing interaction with, and prioritizing client/partner needs to serve as their voice and guide team execution.
u00B7 Measuring performance against established objectives and critical metrics and delivering agreed-upon business, technology, and people results.
u00B7 Collaborating and coordinating with chapter leaders and scrum masters to build squad capacity and capability, enabling squad member growth, development, and learning.
u00B7 Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines.
u00B7 Participating in client meetings to present strategic roadmaps, participate in client usability sessions, and engage with client user groups.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
u00B7 Bachelor s degree in business, computer science, or engineering preferred.
u00B7 7+ years experience working as a Product Owner in a software development environment.
u00B7 Proven experience designing, creating, and maintaining dynamic products and solutions.
u00B7 You efficiently communicate and develop sophisticated product features into clear and concise narratives with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria.
u00B7 You build and maintain unquestioning relationships as you work across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes and seek out the expertise of colleagues to advise on your approach.
u00B7 Proven experience managing Vendor relationships and strong working knowledge of contract administration.
u00B7 Experience building roadmaps and working with the Agile team to deliver on milestones.
u00B7 Strong working knowledge and proven experience leading an Agile development team.
u00B7 You strongly focus on execution and identify, communicate, and remove impediments to progress.
u00B7 You can lead, influence, and motivate colleagues without formal authority and have a track record of building hard-working teams.
u00B7 You possess strong business/technical knowledge about building products that display financial information to customers.

This dynamic team works in partnership with the Talent group Product Leader in Associate & Workforce Management Technology (AWMT) Product Area, other Squad Leaders, Scrum Master, and Chapter Leaders aligned to the Acquisition & Onboarding Squad. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and Agile leadership behaviors, you sustain and evolve our innovative Agile culture. Partnering with HR and Associate serving leaders, HR Platform enablement leaders and business partners like Talent Acquisition and HR Operations is essential to supporting the business functions with the technology operations platforms.
