    The Role:
    We are searching for a results-oriented and strategic COO to oversee all aspects of our convenience store operations.

    As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all our locations.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve overall company goals for store growth, profitability, and market share.
    Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, staffing, scheduling, loss prevention, and customer service.
    Lead the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient execution across all stores.
    Work collaboratively with the CEO, President, and other executives to develop and execute the company's overall business strategy.
    Manage and optimize the supply chain, including vendor relationships, product selection, and pricing strategies.
    Implement and maintain effective financial controls and reporting systems.
    Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities throughout the organization.
    Develop and mentor senior store management teams, Regionals, District Managers, ensuring strong leadership and talent development.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
    Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within convenience store retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
    Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.
    Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, staffing, scheduling, and loss prevention.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite and retail management software.
