We are looking for a motivated and organized Foreign Trade Clerk with 34 hours/week in full-time for a long-term position within direct placement. This is a renowned, internationally operating company in the trade industry located in 28195 Bremen, dealing with products of the highest quality and continuously adapting its product portfolio to meet customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assigning orders for sea transport to freight forwarders and managing order processing
  • Preparing export documents and ensuring smooth processing
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Maintaining customer data and building strong customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a specialist in freight forwarding and logistics services or as a specialist in wholesale and foreign trade
  • You have relevant professional experience in export or foreign trade
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have good English skills
  • You are reliable, team-oriented, and have strong communication skills
