    Job Title: Chief Operating Officer - Vintners Distributors Inc.

    Reports to:
    President of Retail

    The Role:
    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven COO to oversee our convenience store operations, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence company-wide. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a vital role in achieving our business objectives.

    Responsibilities:
    - Develop and execute strategic initiatives to meet company goals
    - Manage store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service
    - Establish operational policies for consistent execution
    - Collaborate with executives on business strategy
    - Optimize supply chain and financial controls
    - Identify cost-saving opportunities
    - Mentor senior management teams for talent development
    - Implement innovative solutions for efficiency and customer experience
    - Ensure regulatory compliance

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
    - Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in retail
    - Proven track record in driving operational excellence
    - Strong retail operations knowledge
    - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    - Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
    - Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software
