    Description

    VIOLAND is seeking a proactive leader to join our team, bringing enthusiasm and drive. With a rich 120-year history in the industry, we set the standard for excellence. In this role, you will master our client servicing process, nurture relationships with our existing 2,000 clients, and expand our customer base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a small team through these tasks, aiming to ultimately step into the role of Agency Director by honing your skills using our established systems.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service the existing client base.
    • Identify new business opportunities (B2B).
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results.
    • Train and develop new team members on our systems.
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
    • Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
    • Effective supervisory and leadership abilities.
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
    • Adaptability in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
    • Passion for assisting others and building meaningful connections.
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Community engagement drive.
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge is a plus).

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Must hold a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and access to personal transportation are necessary.
    • A 45-day evaluation period is mandatory before progression.
