- Operating the scales and weighing all incoming materials
- Scheduling loads for shipment
- Balances weights daily
- Excellent communication with customers and suppliers
- Assists with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Performs clerical duties as assigned
- Maintains accurate commercial driving records for the facility, including time logs, mileage, fuel, etc., as required Requirements of the Administrative Coordinator
- Associate's degree (preferred)
- Knowledge of and experience with accounting principles/practices, including invoice processing (required)
- Knowledge of or experience in the trucking/logistics industry (preferred)
- Microsoft Office experience - intermediate proficiency level in Excel (required)
- Knowledge of UKG/Kronos, Coupa (preferred)
- Customer service experience (required)
- Ability to work as part of a team Benefits and Pay of the Administrative Coordinator
- Starting pay rate - $22.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
