The Center for Higher Education (ZHL) at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster is currently seeking a


Research Associate

(Salary group 13 TV-L)


with a weekly working time of 29 hours and 52 minutes (equivalent to 75% of the regular weekly working time) for a period of three years.

The possibility of extension exists. The teaching obligation is 4 SWS for full-time employment.


The Center for Higher Education is a central scientific institution that initiates and coordinates measures for the further qualification of teaching staff at WWU.


Your tasks:


  • The position includes conducting a doctoral project.
  • Research in the field of higher education and science communication, participation in publications and conference activities.
  • Participation in the design and implementation of counseling and further qualification programs at the ZHL.
  • Conducting courses as part of the regular course offerings at the Center for Higher Education.
