Your responsibilities:

You will support the caretaker at the Lake City School (Wandsbek district).

  • You will maintain the outdoor and green areas of the school.
  • You will clean the walkways and ensure traffic safety on the school grounds (including winter service).
  • You will carry out minor installations, repairs, and troubleshooting in the buildings.
  • You will check the premises for cleanliness and prepare them for school operations.
  • You will receive and distribute mail and deliveries at the school location.

Your profile:


Required

  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work on ladders.

Preferred

  • Completed training in gardening, construction, or building technology.
  • Experience in maintaining green areas and/or maintaining buildings.
  • Enjoyment of regular work outdoors and primarily gardening work.
  • Thorough, reliable, and independent work style.
  • Confident, friendly, and customeroriented demeanor.
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.

Our offer:


  • Permanent position, to be filled as soon as possible.
  • Compensation according to E 3 TV-L, with a starting salary of currently 2,600 to 2,850 euros.
