YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage LAN/WLAN operations for the Village of Waukesha, WI at an industry level, following best practices and utilizing project management techniques for IT infrastructure
  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize endtoend network solutions and network security to ensure excellent enduser experience and efficiency, with a focus on the LAN/WLAN for the Village of Waukesha, WI. Leverage synergies and cost efficiency through centralization and standardization in projectdriven environments
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, including network security, client environments, LAN, and WLAN, to maximize workplace efficiency
  • Coordinate LAN/WLAN requirements, network security, implementation, and lifecycle management
  • Manage incidents, problems, and changes in a complex security environment, with onsite availability for the Village of Waukesha, WI
  • Report network status to key stakeholders, particularly local IT
  • Continuously improve flexible IT concepts and provide strong implementation support for relocations and expansions in the Village of Waukesha, WI
  • Support local IT with troubleshooting and projects

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level)
  • 35 years of experience in customer networks
  • Experience in enduser consulting and project management
  • Strong customer/end
