- Maintenance and oversight for ledger accounts.
- Complete monthly reconciliations and financial reviews.
- Provides analysis of financial results and prepare reports for management.
- Collects, analyzes and utilizes key performance metrics critical to the operation's success.
- Provides detailed support to various corporate management.
- Recommend process improvements and continually looks for cost optimization.
- Generate ad hoc reports as needed.
- High aptitude for Financial Analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and friendly attitude.
- Knowledge of subsidiary ledger and general ledger accounting.
- Knowledge of software - Windows and MS Office (particularly Excel). Familiarity with ERP systems. Experience with Microsoft Navision (not required but considered a plus).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
- SQL or other data query skill set.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required.
- 2+ years of experience, in general Accounting preferred. Inventory management experience preferred as well.
