We do so in order to develop more sustainable and technologically advanced vehicles that are also adapted to the new needs and requirements of their passengers.

We are specialists in the development of a wide range of control units that manage the body and comfort functions of the vehicle, offering a complete service in engineering, manufacturing and distribution.

Mission:

Operational Excellence Coordinator is to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize operational processes, and foster our culture of excellence to achieve organizational efficiency and quality goals and collaborate across departments, utilizing data-driven approaches and best practices to enhance overall operational performance.

Responsibilities:

To assure System adherence and performance improvement in a transversal way.
Initial Implementation (IATF, QMS, CSR Ex. FormelQ, JLRQ...) coordinator to ensure that all departments meet automotive requirements.
QMS KPIs monitoring in monthly basis with action plans for deviations
Maintenance (changes implementation) and monitoring of System Health in every department
Internal / External Audits (IATF certification audits, customer audits Ex.VDA, etc)
Creation of improvement culture and environment inside the plant at all levels (IDEA/im3/ Recognition)
Transversal plan coordination to achieve industrial Budget (VAVE, CSO, Supply chain improvement)
Methodology knowledge guarantor at all levels (VSM, Kaizen, PSE, LEAN, MPS)
Support to the UET leaders for production excellence.

What we are looking for:

Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, operations management, or a related field, along with relevant experience in continuous improvement, process management, or quality management roles.
Technical knowledge: Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), and tools for data analysis.
Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams and levels. Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams towards common operational improvement goals. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Organization and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to detail in identifying process issues and proposing effective solutions.
Results orientation and continuous improvement mindset: Focused on delivering tangible results in terms of operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
