- Customize and implement structured innovation processes tailored to the organization's needs and objectives.
- Establish stage gate processes for evaluating and advancing innovation projects, criteria and metrics for project selection, evaluation, and decision-making.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to employees involved in innovation projects to ensure compliance with process requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to execute projects successfully, driving collaboration and alignment across the organization.
- Lead key priority strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Develop project plans, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project performance, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate stage gate reviews and decision meetings with key stakeholders to assess progress, make decisions on whether to advance, modify, or terminate projects.
- Ensure decisions are data-driven, transparent, and aligned with business goals based on risk and opportunity profiles.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success and develop mitigation strategies to address.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, streamlining, and enhancement to improve innovation outcomes and accelerate time to market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in innovation management and project management in the CPG industry (Preferably in consumer healthcare).
- Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, stage gate processes, and project management principles (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Proven track record of successfully leading innovation initiatives and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

Overview
