- Organizing and managing further training measures and events
- Participant management, coordination of trainers and hotels, evaluation of personnel development measures
- Room and media organization for events
- Handling administrative and commercial tasks related to personnel development measures (e.g. obtaining quotes, invoice verification)
- Managing internal processes in the field of personnel development
Your profile:
- Completed degree in psychology, business administration, or economics with a focus on personnel development, adult education, or a comparable education
- Experience in organizing and managing personnel development measures
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Structured and selforganized way of working
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
