Paoli, CO - Since 2018, Caviar Union GmbH has been a leading provider of premium seafood products, including caviar, salmon, and king crab.

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team and oversee all business operations and ventures.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the company's activities, including packaging and logistics
  • Handle human resources tasks such as assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and recruitment
  • Manage paperwork and communication with the Head of Production and office
  • Coordinate with the Steuerbüro and suppliers
  • Oversee warehouse operations

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and German (minimum B1 level)
  • Knowledge of Russian is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Basic understanding of accounting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with SAP SE or Odoo is a plus
  • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
