Description

A well-established Hamburg-based company, specializing in property management, rental, and sales of residential properties, is seeking an assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing accounting documents, secretarial and organizational tasks, answering phone calls and documenting them in our computer system, and providing support to the management team.

Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a real estate agent, office clerk, or similar
  • Previous work experience is preferred, but we also welcome applications from entrylevel candidates
