Your Responsibilities:


  • You will lead challenging consulting projects in the field of Lean Management for our clients and be responsible for the successful implementation of work packages
  • This includes coordinating our project team and ensuring successful implementation by conducting workshops and being the main point of contact for our clients
  • As the lead trainer, you will conduct trainings at all levels and convince participants of Operational Excellence
  • You will bring your experience and expertise to internal projects and guide your colleagues in their implementation, providing support as needed

Your Profile:


  • You have at least 4 years of consulting experience or 8 years of professional experience in relevant positions, ideally in operational management at a specialist or leadership level
  • You have a degree or training in Business Engineering, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • You have excellent knowledge of Lean Management and can demonstrate successful practical implementation
  • You are structured, responsible, empathetic, and maintain a professional demeanor even under pressure
  • You are fluent in German and have excellent English skills, and are willing to travel throughout Germany
