Villa Redondo is looking for an experienced Community Liaison to join the Assisted Living Team. We are currently offering full-time, with benefits and opportunities for bonus and 401k. Come be a part of this dynamic team and help care for our lovely residents.

Hours: 9AM-5PM

Pay:

$ /hour DOE

The goal is to achieve and maintain 100% resident occupancy and resident satisfaction within facilities to which this position is assigned.

To participate in special events and promotions of applicable facilities, and interact with residents, families, staff, and surrounding community to maintain company standards of excellence and grow appropriate market share.

Supports overall team environment and unified goal of providing our residents with a happy, healthy, and safe home.

Specific

Responsibilities:

Develop method and tools (tours, greetings, welcome committee, follow-up calls and mailings, telemarketing) for promoting and closing sales to achieve budgeted census goals for each assigned facility.
Develop and maintain standard of excellence for the assigned facility's image through an approved advertising campaign, to include the use of press releases, advertisements, and community outreach, as approved.
Assist in coordination for resident move-ins including paperwork, routing, suite inspection, welcome gift, etc.
Communicate resident leasing activity to Administrator, Regional Director, and the President through reports utilizing computer software.
Obtain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all assigned facility services, amenities, and local community information of interest to residents (location of churches, stores, interest points, senior center, library, doctor's offices, etc.), and federal, state, county and city regulations as they effect the residents of the facility.
Develop and maintain marketing collateral and achieving highest quality within budgetary restraints. Maintain expenditures within established budgets.
Train staff in welcoming, presentation, tours and sales techniques for promoting the assigned facilities to prospective residents.
Other duties as may be assigned.
