Full-time Janitor Needed

Duties:

Performs all general maintenance and janitorial tasks to structure, equipment, furnishings and grounds that are not contracted out, including any emergency maintenance. Supervises any outside contractor services. Supervises and maintains all room preparations, reporting any damages to Administrator.
Performs routine preventative maintenance checks (including nicks, scratches, stains on walls), schedules system and equipment maintenance from outside vendors, keeps detailed maintenance log and calendar.
Orders (with approval from Administrator), receives, inventories commercial laundry, janitorial and maintenance tools and supplies, keeping an inventory log and maintaining budget goals. Maintains and logs the master key box and obtains new keys as necessary. Maintains all inventory logs.
Manages and trains all maintenance, janitorial, housekeeping, and laundry personnel to ensure care, operation, cleanliness and maintenance of the structure, equipment, furnishings and exterior grounds.
