We are looking for a charismatic server. Youll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our guests experiences.
Server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, wed like to meet you. Your goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
We are looking for both AM and PM serivce staff, presently one server for each day part. AM shifts start at 7am Monday - Friday. PM shift timing is approximately 3pm-10pm Wednesday and Thursday and 3pm-11pm on Friday. The club is closed on the weekends, but there is opportunity to pickup hours with occasional weekend events.
Responsibilities:
o Prepare restaurant tables
o Attend to customers upon entrance
o Present restaurant menus and help guests select food/beverages
o Take and serve orders
o Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
o Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
o Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
o Issue bills and accept payment
Requirements:
o Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
o Knowledge of Wine, Beer, Cocktails
o Attention to cleanliness and food safety
o Patience and guest-oriented approach
o Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
o Responsible and trustworthy
**Compensation Details**
Compensation: Hourly ($4.00 - $6.00) plus tips
