Tio Flores -- a Hawthorne Restaurants concept -- is looking for outgoing part-time servers to join our team of taco and tequila enthusiasts as we head into Spring, our busiest season. As we navigate constant changes in our industry, it's essential that our staff remains flexible. A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn are necessary to ensure success. Night and weekend availability is a must. **Minimum Requirements:**
at least 2 years experience in a fast-paced, high-volume establishment
comprehensive knowledge of craft beer, classic cocktails and agave spirits
team player attitude and ability to transition among restaurant positions
attention to cleanliness, safety and sanitation
daily cleaning duties as required by management
ability to lift 40+ pounds
preparedness to tackle stairs, climbing, bending, stooping, etc.
food safety training, RAMP certification a plus
All Hawthorne Restaurants staff will undergo a minimum 5-day training program, and will function under a 90day probationary work period. Successful completion of training is dependent on demonstrated menu knowledge and service proficiency in conjunction with approval of the restaurant's training staff and management. **Compensation Details**
