Mechanically inclined and able to use basic hand tools. Knowledge in basic electronics is a plus.

Trouble shoots laser systems as needed
Setup jobs by following work schedules or priorities
Maintains a safe condition for the laser systems and the production area by following equipment operating procedures
Understand and maintain process documentation (Work Instructions, Drawings, Travelers and Operating Manuals).
Regularly report on operation status, schedule progress and key assigned project (if any)
Highly effective communicator of technical status and issue required. Enjoys team approach over individual contributions.
Support and enforce company goals and objectives, policies and procedures.

An emphasis on experience with manufacturing equipment troubleshooting is what we are looking for, the laser part can be trained.
