The _
on-site Help Desk Support_ person will provide laptop, desktop, and peripheral device support for all users.


Essential Job Duties:


  • Install and configure PC's, printers and peripherals within established standards and guidelines
  • Provide VIP support to executives and high level visitor
  • Install new hardware and software upgrades requested from users
  • Analyze and solve technical problems by using problemsolving skills
  • Resolve technical problems with computing equipment and software
  • Assist visitors and VIPs with the ongoing usability of PC, peripheral devices and software
  • Provide onsite technical support and enduser technical training
  • Provide technical support for IT services in conference rooms
  • Install and perform maintenance on proprietary system/s
  • Provides timely resolution of end user problem in accurate manner
  • Manage IT assets and inventory
  • Travel to remote office for IT support

Qualifications:


  • 2 year degree or better OR equivalent work experience with HS degree Or Military experience
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Customer oriented
  • Sensitivity to working with an ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse environment
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 in enterprise environment
  • Understanding of PC technology (MS office, Internet, Windows, Mac OS, video conference

Job Type:
Temporary


Pay:
$ $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
