- Implement and manage all automated primary and secondary tariffs for customers.
- Develop automated tariffs for existing customers and lanes.
- Implement an internal FSC index and oversee rating updates.
- Participate in customer onboarding.
- Act as the main contact for all tariffs and ratings.
- Optimize billing processes using our system's workflow.
- Utilize automation in the billing process.
- Enhance the scanning/imaging and indexing process company-wide.
- Provide guidance and training to Billing Clerk, Collection Specialist, and Account Receivable teams.
- Create improved financial reporting for the finance team and management.
- Collaborate with locations and future acquisitions to streamline billing procedures.
- Perform assigned tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Team player willing to support colleagues.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication with supervisors and team members.
