Your impact will be felt in the following ways:

Creating and reviewing hardware concepts and architectures for new products or redesigns of existing products
Translating requirements into specifications
Implementing existing and new standards
Creating and mentoring schematic layouts and part workflows
Conducting component testing and providing support for system testing (e.g. EMC, Physical Environment, etc.)
Coordinating with internal and external suppliers and production interfaces
Collaborating with 3rd party development suppliers
