    This direct hire, full-time, internal role is based in Birmingham, Alabama.


    Compensation:
    $40K-$45K DOE What you will be doing (duties and responsibilities): Working closely with ITAC's recruiters to ensure critical applicant and candidate information is obtained and appropriate records are updated within ITAC's applicant tracking system Tracking recruiting activities and providing reports to recruiting leaders (weekly, monthly and quarterly)

    Work directly with ITAC's automation tool to provide insightful recommendations and updates Identifying and communicating training opportunities for recruiters and maintaining participation records Managing the allocation of recruiting resources and working closely with points-of-contact to troubleshoot issues Provide general office support to Recruiting Team and Corporate Support Team, as needed Assisting in providing Recruiting Leaders and Team with important upcoming dates What you need to be considered (requirements):
    Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level Must be able to satisfy ITAC's pre-employment screening requirements including a credit check, criminal background check and education verification Alignment with ITAC's Core Values What could set you apart from the rest (preferred skills / experience / knowledge): A Bachelor's Degree in a related field Experience using applicant tracking systems or other relational databases INDCSV#NOMITAC Solutions
