- Hands-on leadership from check-in to food service and daily operations oversight
- Oversee food and beverage across an Italian restaurant, Speakeasy, and Rooftop space to ensure maximum profits and guest experiences are achieved
- Maintain the highest standard of service and quality which includes food production, equipment use and control, banquet service, room service, beverage service, restaurant service and food and beverage purchasing
- Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage operations team
- Implement and monitor ordering and receiving program to ensure proper quantity and prices on all purchases
- Act as an ambassador for the IRHG and provide leadership and planning to all F&B Outlet departments to support our service culture, maximize operations and guest satisfaction
- Provide unique guest services that are above and beyond to create memorable experiences and guest retention

THE LOCATION
Located in the heart of downtown Asheville on Battery Park, stands Luminosa, an Italian concept, where future guests and locals will find a restaurant featuring a wood burning oven and craft cocktail bar on the ground floor, a rooftop bar with peerless views of the smoky mountains to the west.
The Indigo Road aims to offer timeless adventure with an authenticity and experience unmatched in Asheville's new wave of dining and hospitality. Expect an escape true to Asheville's prohibition-era spirit.
THE ROLE
As the Restaurant General Manager at the Flatiron Hotel you are a passionate food and beverage professional with extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry. You should have a proven track record of success in managing approachable yet elevated dining establishments, possess exceptional leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
You will be highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have daily oversight of 2 additional outlets including the speakeasy and rooftop restaurant.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holiday's) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation but in general you can expect to work 55 to 60 hours a week.
