    Description

    Our client is a leading financial services client specializing in mutual funds, looking to add a SAP FiCO Business Systems Analyst to their Denver team.

    Location: Cherry Creek, CO - hybrid 3 days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs)

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with key individuals in the Corporate Accounting and Business Finance areas to identify and tackle their IT-related challenges.
    • Collaborate with finance system analysts, solution architects, technical teams, and software vendors to enhance business processes and IT solutions within the ever-evolving Accounting and Treasury technology environment.
    • Maintain support for current solutions during the period of transformative change, moving from a limited SAP ECC setup with numerous peripheral systems to a streamlined technology environment focused around SAP S/4 HANA.
    • Assist in steering change initiatives forward.
    • Operate within the defined change framework to ensure tasks are properly prioritized.
    • Lead the development of the business process super-user program and support in devising training strategies for end users.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience within accounting or the financial services sector.
    • Over five years of experience in SAP FICO, showcasing advanced proficiency in SAP accounting features across both ECC and S/4 environments.
    • Previous experience in accounting roles.
    • Skilled in creating necessary documentation and materials, including process flows/descriptions, functional specifications, test scripts, training documents, and concise job aids.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
