- Provide insightful financial analysis to guide decision-making across the organization, including revenue projections, expense management, and profitability analysis.
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with our long-term goals and objectives.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling processes, ensuring accuracy and thorough analysis.
- Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, guiding the company toward sound risk management practices.
- Evaluate and manage capital structure, funding requirements, and investment opportunities to support growth initiatives.
- Support capital raise and business valuation efforts as needed with financial forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other senior leaders to drive alignment between financial goals and overall business strategy.
- Manage and optimize the financial support team to eliminate redundancy and ensure the business has the core functions, and capabilities as the business.
- Serve as a key point of contact for investors, communicating financial performance, growth strategies, and addressing investor inquiries.
- Support the development of financial forecasts for investor discussions and evolution over time.
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles. Experience within high-growth startups, technology-driven. Healthcare IT organizations experience strongly preferred.
- Must have experience in SaaS financial accounting.
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets is a plus.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Must have experience implementing and managing modern technology software supporting finance, such as Mosaic, HubSpot, Ramp, etc.
