Responsibilities:


To support our growing team, we are currently looking for a part-time Payroll and Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) at our Munich location.

What will be your tasks?

  • Timely preparation, execution, and review of internal payroll including possible postcorrections and for our clients
  • Recording of all personnel master and movement data
  • Correspondence with authorities, offices, health insurance companies, and insurance carriers
  • Contact person for questions on all payrollrelated topics
  • Comprehensive certificate management
  • Posting of payroll in financial accounting and simple financial accounting
  • Reconciliation of payroll accounts
  • Processing of travel expense reports

Qualifications:
What sets you apart?

  • Completed relevant commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll and accounting, preferably at a tax consultant
  • Current and comprehensive knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • Secure handling of DATEV, especially
