- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain assigned machines and equipment as needed for maximum product quality and operational efficiency
- Perform Die and Tooling changes according to the schedule
- Make adjustments to control speed and/or material feed based on the work order schedule
- Ensure the machine is set up properly and performing work as desired
- Safely operate Stamping Press
- Measure and examine all products produced to ensure they meet company and industry standards
- Monitor and control machines to meet daily and weekly production schedule
- Complete required quality checks and necessary paperwork daily to meet company and industry standards and regulations
- Review work orders and prints for work instructions; if instructions are unclear, seek assistance
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks to perform change-overs and material movement as needed
- Adhere to all Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and crane operation guidelines and safety procedures
- Ensuring Safety, Delivery, Quality, and Cost metrics are being met
- Support 5S initiatives in assigned work areas
- All other duties as assigned
