We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced eBay E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on the eBay platform, ensuring smooth operations and driving sales growth.

Job description:

• Manage new eBay storefront
• Upload products and manage listing and advertising
• Ensure an engaging and userfriendly online shopping experience
• Monitor and analyze company performance and competitors' performance metrics to identify areas of improvement/opportunities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional team to coordinate marketing and promotional activities

- implement effective pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
• Set up sales goals and provide solutions
• Analyze operations and optimize SOP

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the field of ecommerce.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing eBay commerce operations with a proven history of achieving successful outcomes.
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of eBay policies, seller guidelines, and implementation of best practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing eBay Seller Hub and other relevant tools associated with the platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problemsolving capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
• Experience with industrial wholesale products (preferred)

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
