"We are looking for friendly and passionate individuals for the position of working student with 12 hours per week for our store in Cologne. These individuals will report to the store manager and will be responsible for providing our customers with a unique and first-class shopping experience, while authentically representing the Dr. Martens brand by showcasing our products and ensuring that every customer leaves our store impressed. Working Student (m/f/d) 12 hours/week - Cologne - Key responsibilities include:- Providing exceptional and memorable customer service.
- Selling and displaying Dr. Martens products in the store. Achieving individual sales targets and overall store performance goals.
- Conducting cash transactions in accordance with store procedures.
- Completing all store tasks, such as receiving deliveries, recording start and end of shift times, conducting inventory, restocking shelves, etc.
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Performing any other reasonable tasks assigned by the store management team.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, ideally with a fashion/lifestyle brand.
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse
