    Description:
    A Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the company's databases and systems. The role requires high attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency to ensure data integrity and smooth operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Enter and update data accurately in various databases and systems.
    • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
    • Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval.
    • Assist in generating reports and data summaries as required.
    • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
    • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Required Skills & Abilities:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
    • Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
    • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
