    Salary: $39,000 - $54,000

Capital NYC is on the hunt for a Data Entry Clerk to jump on board at our Atlanta spot.     Job Description:As part of the crew as a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be the backbone of our record-keeping game, making sure everything's on point and up to date. Your precision and speed will keep things flowing nicely and give a hand to different teams in hitting their targets and goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Key in and maintain data in our database with a keen eye for detail and spot-on accuracy.
    • Double-check data to ensure it's all good and fix any bumps in the road.
    • Keep our filing systems in top shape, making sure files are neat and easy to find, both electronically and in hard copy.
    • Help out with data cleanups and checks to boost data quality.
    • Whip up reports and do data crunching as needed by the higher-ups.
    • Team up with colleagues to find ways to do things better and smoother in the data entry realm.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma from high school or the same level; it's a bonus if you've got an associate's degree or certification in a relevant field.
    • Proven track record (1-2 years) in data entry or admin, ideally in a fast-paced scene.
    • Mad skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
    • Spot-on when it comes to detail and accuracy in data tasks.
    • Organization and time management are your jam, and you know how to juggle tasks like a pro.
    • Top-notch communication and a knack for working solo or as part of a team.
