    Craftexcom We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating sensitive information into our database. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, as well as maintaining strict confidentiality. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

    Pay range:
    $ $30.00 hourly

    Job:
    Full time

    Key Responsibilities
    • Collect and enter data into our internal database accurately and efficiently
    • Review data for any errors or inconsistencies and correct them as necessary
    • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while meeting tight deadlines
    • Validate and verify data by performing data audits and analysis
    • Ensure the integrity and security of the data by conducting regular backups and data cleaning
    • Communicate with team members to clarify information and resolve any discrepancies


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
    • Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent typing and data entry skills with speed and accuracy
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills
