- Maintain cleanliness in cabanas and their vicinity, ensuring a tidy environment for guests.
- Stock and arrange supplies and table settings in cabanas prior to rental, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Coordinate food orders, delivery, and presentation on tables, aiming for a delightful dining experience.
- Present checks to guests upon completion of service, ensuring smooth transaction closure.
- Conduct end-of-day cabana clean-up, including dish, food, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
- Retrieve pool towels and rafts upon guest departure, returning them to the designated distribution area.
- Ensure the safety of guests in the pool area, promptly notifying supervisors of any hazards or items requiring repair, such as misting systems, refrigerators, TVs, telephones, or curtains. Additionally, maintain stocked condiments and other necessary amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
- Serving experience in a similar resort setting.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of the Cabana Server is to take and deliver customer orders, maintain cabanas, ensure guest satisfaction, and finalize checks, all while fostering positive guest experiences. The cabana server is also responsible for performing side work and general cleaning of assigned stations to enhance the overall guest experience.
