As a team leader for credit management (m/f/d) in Stantonsburg, NC, your responsibilities will include the professional and disciplinary management of a small team, project responsibility in the field of accounts receivable accounting, and active participation in daily operations.


Your tasks:

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team (currently two employees)
  • Project responsibility in the field
  • Retrieval of account balances for our national and international payment transactions
  • Checking and posting of incoming payments
  • Execution of payment transactions and monitoring of settlements from various payment providers
  • Coordination with national and international banks and service providers
  • Contact person for customers and our support team

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. industrial clerk (m/f/d)
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • First experience as a manager desirable
  • Knowledge and experience in accounts receivable accounting / credit management
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of Navision is an advantage
  • Very good German skills (C1 level) in spoken and written form
  • Good English skills (at least B1 level) in spoken and written form
  • Responsible handling of data and numbers
  • High level of accuracy and commitment
