Our client is in search of a highly skilled and innovative Lead Developer to join their dynamic team and drive technology excellence within their organization.

As the Lead Developer in the manufacturing industry, you will have a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the development team, driving technical strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize existing processes, innovate, and create cutting-edge applications that will enhance operational efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop a development department with a focus on software architecture and DevOps processes.
  • Lead the design and development of innovative, customer-centric service or software solutions.
  • Take technical responsibility for cloud/web native architectures, solution design, service development, and the operation of high-performance, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of software engineers, product owners, and business units to implement high-quality software solutions.
  • Manage the entire software development lifecycle and continuously improve software development processes.
  • Act as a multiplier and coach for team members and staff, sharing expertise and vision through communities, training, etc.
