To support our Customer Service team in 63500 Seligenstadt, we are currently looking for a part-time afternoon Customer Service Representative (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

  • Telephone and written customer support and consultation
  • Preparing quotes and processing orders
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Fleet management
  • Hotel and flight bookings
  • Meeting preparation and general administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Strong team and communication skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Resilient and responsible
